Our Story

Ten miles up Pinkham Creek Road outside of Eureka, MT you'll find 120 acres of northwest Montana heaven.

You are not likely to see another property around that has all of the features of this woodland paradise. It is completely undeveloped except for some selective timber harvesting in the Douglas Fir/Western Larch forest. Small openings scattered sparsely in it are excellent wildlife habitat and present you with some breathtaking views of the mountain scenery surrounding the property. The variety of wildlife is exciting and includes just about every kind that lives here – moose, bears, elk, deer, coyotes, wolves, lots of small critters, songbirds, ravens, eagles and hawks. One of the finest features, one that truly makes it a unique find, is the pristine Pinkham Creek flowing right through it. The terrain is varied with rolling hills, steep rocky cliffs, gently sloping areas and sandy beaches along the creek. There is a spring that will provide copious amounts of crystal clear water. Electric and phone lines have been brought to the edge of the property; positioned such that they are readily available and easily accessible.

This fabulous real estate is situated in the Tobacco Valley which separates the foothills and the base of the Northern Rocky Mountains. There are numerous opportunities for indulging in the culture and magnificence of this area.

The town of Eureka offers a small town splendor of dining, shopping, arts and creative expression. Nighttime entertainment varies from one of our western-style saloons to our local HA) Brewery, home to Jax wood-fired Pizza. People plan their lives around annual events such as the Trash-2-Flash Recycled Fashion Show, Summer fests, Rodeo, The Bull Thing, Lincoln County Fair, Eureka Montana Quilt Show, Shakespeare in the Park, and our annual Christmas Bazaar Weekend (featuring around 20 bazaars and events scattered throughout the Valley).

There are many choices for entertainment and getting away from the maddening crowd in the pristine environment of the Valley in all seasons. The Kootenai National Forest has a multitude of opportunities for camping, hiking, boating, fishing and hunting, snow-mobiling, cross country skiing and snow shoe-ing. The numerous bodies of water are fabulous for the water sport you love from kayaking to jet skiing. Our newly built Abayance Bay Marina is a beautiful place to park your boat and spend time on the waters and shores of Koocanusa Reservoir. Or....stay home and enjoy the solace and peace that the land brings.

Private, wooded waterfront property that could be something to suit you and your family for years to come. It is unique.
