Our Story
Ora-Jay and Irene Eash, of Cripple Creek Ranch, want you to delight in an old-time experience. You will be enchanted riding on their beautiful sleigh or wagon behind their magnificent Standard/Percheron draft horses. Irene and Ora-Jay "Love to make people happy through the love of our horses." Have your camera ready to capture the splendor of the beautiful Tobacco Valley mountain scenery and wildlife and the smiles of your companions.
SLEIGH RIDES
Sleigh bells ring, are you listening? In the lane, snow is glistening! Let the shiny red sleigh of Cripple Creek Ranch glide you through snowy woods. Family and friends, or just you and your special someone, will delight as the jingling of the bells take you away into a time long past. At the end of the ride you'll warm up around the campfire or in their wall tent by the old cook stove. Each of you will have your own story to share while sipping your favorite hot drink and enjoying refreshments.
WAGON RIDES
A twelve passenger wagon is an experience of traveling as folks did when they came to this country at the turn of the 20th century. Riding in the wagon behind Ora-Jay's horses is a quiet way to enjoy the time and the scenery with family and friends. Cripple Creek Ranch will bring their team and wagon to help you celebrate weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries...any group gathering.
