John Floridis at the HA) Brewery

Emmy Award winner singer & songwriter John Floridis, visited HA) Brewery Thursday, November 13 at 5:30 p.m. He made HA) part of his Montana Brewery musical tour with a goal of playing all of them by the end of the year! John delivers a folksy/jazzy accoustic style with passion and some serious string picking and moving on his guitar.

The first diamonds of snow covered the ground last night after an amazing Montana fall. The wood has been gathered and tucked in the shed, the garden harvested and laying quietly beneath a blanket of straw and now it’s time to get outdoors to enjoy what winter brings. Whether it’s snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice climbing, sledding or star gazing, there’s always a reason to get out and enjoy the fourth season of the year. This is the sixth year that community members will step out for a night on the town with wine tasting, art and delicious hors d'ouevres. Sunburst Community Service Foundation's annual Toast of the Town is an ideal way to spend an evening with friends in a comfortable setting talking, bidding on great auction items and enjoying Dave Leeman's banter about wine.

LCHS Cross Country 24 Hour Relay

LCHS Cross Country Team 24 Hour Relay

The Lincoln County Cross Country Team recently completed the second annual 24 hour relay, achieving a total of 221 miles over a 24 hour period.

The team gathered Friday, October 31st at the Lincoln County track. At 4 p.m. they began the relay with each participating member of the team running a one mile leg of the relay rotating through the team members as each leg was completed. Throughout the event, each member ran anywhere from one mile to as many as 30 miles.
