On the Fly Cafe is a roadside experience. Situated across from the Fortine turn on Highway 93 North, it's the perfect place to stop for a refreshment or meal. Make it a destination, part of your daily routine or outing, or take a break while passing through as a visitor to our gorgeous valley. Trina Kelly is serving up a taste sensation that will leave you thinking, “Wow, did I really just get that in a small, roadside cafe?”

Owner, Trina Kelly, has worked in the food service industry for many years and has a family history with restaurants such as Chapter Eleven Steakhouse, PrimeTime and West Seattle Deli. Chef, Chris Liestman, has cooked for many restaurants and is making his mark here at On The Fly Cafe with some absolutely out-of-this-world taste sensations! Last, but not least, in the front of the house, Dawn Sauls, your Barista and hostess extraordinaire pours the shots, blends the drinks, and brightens your day with her smile and friendliness!

Their menu covers a wide variety of drinks and eats. You’re sure to find something to please your palate and satisfy your craving. Special orders are no problem at On the Fly. Vegetarian options and gluten-free bread as well as a variety of non-dairy milks make finding something for everyone easy.

• It's “breakfast heaven” all day long! Everything breakfast from biscuits and gravy, skillet meals, pancakes and waffles, eggs any way you want them, and loaded oatmeal, to omelets of their creation or one that is crafted for you.
• Lunch on a yummy sandwich with your choice of meats, cheeses, and veggies, a juicy Angus beef 1/2 pound burger or 1/4 pound hot dog, taste of Tex Mex tacos & quesadillas, or a crisp, tasty salad.
• They'll prepare your pizza to “take and bake” or for you to enjoy here. The Rizzuto's frozen fresh crust is loaded with delicious toppings on your choice of red, Alfredo, ranch, or pesto sauce.
